Shipping and delivery
Shipping of smaller kitchenware products will be made within 5 working days of order and sent by Royal Mail delivery. Furniture is made to order so please contact me before ordering for lead times. Furniture is sent via Parcel force with a tracking number.

Wherever possible I re-use packaging. I only buy new biodegradable cardboard, tape and filler.

I don’t ship outside the UK. I champion the use of local materials and sustainability so I would rather not ship around the world.

Returns
Because of it nature of wood each item is unique. The items you order will vary in appearance from the example image on my online shop. As my work is hand finished the dimensions of items will vary slightly.

I take pride in my work and hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If however you have any issues please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will always do my best to resolve any issues.

If your item arrives damaged please notified me immediately. Refunds are only available for items damaged or lost in the post.

Courses
Weekend courses require 4 weeks written notice (email) to cancel or reschedule and the course cost will be refunded. A £30 admin fee will be deducted from the full amount for each booking.

Less than 4 weeks from the beginning of the course the booking is not refundable unless your place can be filled the original place is filled; in which case the full amount will refunded. A £30 admin fee will be deducted from the full amount for each booking.
